- Drive the direct insurance distribution framework in PB Asia, including commercialization, processes, and control
- Act as subject matter expertise and provide training to the floor on insurance
- Manage insurance brokers to ensure their business productivity and service level
- Manage pipeline prioritisation activities
- Ensure the insurance sales and referral process and activities are in compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements Requirements
- At least 5 -10 years of insurance and project management experience, preferably in High Net Worth Market
- Proven track record in insurance and project management
- Strong business mindset and self-driven character
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Client oriented with strong communication and presentation skills - able to connect well with different stakeholders
- Broad knowledge in insurance products
- Experience in direct insurance sales preferred but not required
- Fluent in written and verbal English and Chinese, including Mandarin
