- Provides technical support activities for a production processing environment.
- Installs, maintains and supports applications and major IT system components, subsystems.
- Creates and maintains complete documentation as it relates to installation and status of supported software and FIS-proprietary solutions.
- Code, test, debug, document, implement, integrate and maintain supporting application components for IT operations management software.
- Customizes specific IT operations management software or creation of custom FIS-proprietary solutions specific to the operational management and control of IT infrastructure, application delivery components and network telecommunications fault, configuration, administration, performance, and security functions.
- As this is a senior/lead position, May provide leadership and/or guidance to other technical professionals.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- At least 5-10 years of experience with production environment support: JIRA/ AWS, Microsoft Cloud, Cloud Support.
- Extensive experience using Terraform Infrastructure, PowerShell, Python, Javascript, automation tools. Strong working experience in large AWS and/or Azure deployments.
- Must have full working rights in Hong Kong
- Candidate must be fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Automation and Dev tools knowledge: TFE, Harness, bitbucket, Jira
- Demonstrated knowledge of mainframe and/or open systems operating systems
- May require in-depth knowledge of networking, computing platform, storage, database, security, middleware, network and systems management and related infrastructure technologies and practices
- Proficiency in business modelling and business requirements definition disciplines
- Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure projects are successfully completed.
- Experience or familiarity with Prophet Enterprise (FIS Insurance system) is a big plus.
- Capability to speak in Korean. Basic understanding is a plus.
- Background with Insurance and/or banking industry is a plus.

About the role:
