- Handle personal line claims including Travel, Personal Accident, Domestic Helper & Pet.
- Process and approve claims in compliance with the Company's policies, guidelines & agreed service standards
- Pro-active claims handling, including timely investigation on suspicious abuse claims
- Upkeep the claim status and undertake periodical reviews
- Assist in reports preparation
- Actively participates in team's meeting, enhancement in workflow, claims system, UAT and projects, as assigned.
- Maintain good client relationships with the insured, agents and other internal counterparts
- Tertiary education with 4 years' of relevant experience
- Professional insurance qualification (e.g. ACII/ANZIIF) will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of insurance principles and claims procedures & policies
- Able to work independently and meet service standards
- Self-motivate, multi-tasks handling and adapt to a changing environment
- Sound negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered as Senior Analyst
