- Collaborate with the different team leaders from Policy Servicing team to gather and provide business requirements for projects or initiatives
- Provide support in projects and user acceptance test cases preparation and execution
- Support incident management activities, including incident identification, tracking, escalation, and resolution
- Perform other related duties and ad hoc tasks to support the operation of the department
- Conduct thorough analysis of the processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices Your Profile
- Diploma holder or above required; fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and be a fast learner
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a positive mindset
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English & Chinese
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft office applications
