What you will do as a Junior Trader:
● Monitor and improve existing strategies by dynamically adjusting parameters, optimisingsystems performance and managing the risks of our positions
● Ensure our trading systems are always running smoothly and quickly resolve issues that arise
● Identify opportunities within the Cryptocurrency market, propose new trading strategies andcollaborate with the technology team to implement them
The ideal candidate will have:
● Bachelor degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or otherrelated disciplines
● Strong knowledge of probability and statistics, particularly in mental-arithmetic along withthe ability to solve abstract problems
● Proven examples of strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good work ethics and ableto work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
● Excellent communication skills in English and possess a resilient attitude
● Strong interest in the crypto currency markets
