- Manage projects on process change and operational improvement
- Analyze areas for improvement and develop execution plans.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of changes and track progress.
- Manage cross-operations group projects and monitor project phases, tasks, and challenges.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules and targets
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project/change management experience, with a focus on technology and/or operations.
- Broad exposure to corporate banking operations.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
- Good communication and writing skills in English.
- Familiarity with T24, Swift, FPS from a technical perspective is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including macros) is required.
