- To assist in the planning and execution of existing communication training, themes including drama, debate, public speaking, business and workplace communication, negotiation skills etc.
- To provide support in marketing and publicity matters, including designing of promotional materials, social media promotions etc.
- To act as liaison on behalf of the Communication team, e.g. cold call, liaison with trainers and partners, outreach to university departments etc.
- To provide support to data management, e.g. applicants, parents, teachers and trainers data updates, etc.
- To handle routine administrative works of the programme and other duties as requested by supervisor
- To research and prepare evaluation reports
