    SHORT DESCRIPTION

    Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is a leader in risk and compliance solutions, providing insightful technology, industry expertise and data insights to clients across the globe.

    The Project Coordinator within the Language Management team serves as the primary link between internal and external partners, providing detailed production instructions for translation projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple localization projects
  • Liaise with Sales Department to clarify project parameters
  • Negotiate and maintain good relationship with vendors
  • Manage project budget and maintain project documentation
  • Create and manage glossaries

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • University graduate, preferably in Translation, Language Studies
  • 1 year or above experience in equivalent industry
  • Experience in translation of financial documents (IPO, Annual/Interim Report, Circulars etc.) would be an advantage
  • Experience in creating and maintaining glossaries is a plus
  • Fluent in Chinese and English. Able to read both Traditional and Simplified Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Work hours: Sunday to Thursday 1200 to 2000
