- Collaborate with various management teams to convey the status of the audit, pinpoint significant risks, and encourage the implementation of efficient internal control measures
- Take part in the planning and execution of audits within the organization, offering suggestions to mitigate risks and improve control mechanisms
- Conduct audit tasks encompassing various areas such as insurance operations, actuarial practices, compliance, finance, sales, and distribution
- Integrate data analytics into the audit process when appropriate
- Exhibit independence and collaborative skills by assuming responsibility for audit planning and program creation, preparing audit documentation and reports, and delivering presentations to the organizationskills & experiences required.
- Qualified CIA qualified if preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of Internal Audit experience of the Insurance industry
- Strong understanding of Internal Audit principles
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Experience on data analytics will be a big plus
