- Define the vision and strategy for data products with team members, aligning with business objectives and stakeholders needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and prioritize data product features based on business value and impact.
- Closely work with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, API integrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality data products.
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring the timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Champion data quality initiatives to ensure the reliability and integrity of data products.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and key insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Evaluate and measure the success of data products, utilizing data analytics and key performance indicators. Your Profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in data-intensive environments on Insurance or FSI domains.
- Strong understanding of data management, data governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver successful data products.
- Familiarity with data technologies, data visualization tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Certification in product management, Agile, or relevant fields is a plus. About AXA
