Sheer Anne Paloma

A recent English Language graduate, currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the
University of Mindanao. Gained practical teaching experience through internships,
particularly with children. A TESOL, TEFL, TESL, and TEYL certificate holder, with a strong foundation in English grammar, communication, and pedagogy. Molded to excel in research and academic writing, with interests in language acquisition and curriculum development. Passionate about language education and eager to apply both theory and practice in student-centered learning environments.

During my employment at JoBS eSolutions, Inc. from May 1, 2025 to June 2, 2025, I worked as an ESL Teacher, where I taught and engaged young learners through age-appropriate lessons and interactive activities. I modified lesson plans to accommodate different learning styles and individual student needs, ensuring that each learner could participate meaningfully. In addition, I created clear and engaging captions and written content for educational or promotional use, supporting the company’s instructional materials and communication efforts.

From June 20, 2021 to August 25, 2025, I studied at the University of Mindanao, where I pursued a Bachelor of Arts in English Language. During this period, I developed a strong foundation in linguistics, communication, and language studies, which strengthened both my academic proficiency and practical skills in English.

On August 8, 2025, I also completed an additional program in English Language Teaching at the University of Mindanao, further enhancing my knowledge and competencies in instructional methods and classroom strategies essential for effective language teaching.
