Ryan Chen

I am currently a student at Duke University, intending on majoring in Political Science (with a concentration in Political Behavior and Identities) and Public Policy. Prior to Duke, I took a gap year where I worked as an intern in operations at Deliveroo, as well as a research assistant with a professor at the Department of Politics and Public Administration, University of Hong Kong. As a high school student, I served as the Operations Director for the 24 Hour Race, the world's largest student movement fighting slavery, hosting annual races which raise awareness and funds for anti-slavery and anti-trafficking movements all around South East Asia. In Hong Kong, the Race raises over $1 million HKD for its beneficiaries every year.
