  • Oversaw a large-scale IoT program to implement seamless integration and communication between different IoT projects (from edge to cloud automation) and collaborated with cross-functional teams across the globe
  • Manage project schedule and ensure timely delivery at all stages, handle and solve any issues/problems arise during the project stage
  • Identifies risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate
  • Communicated project status updates to clients, stakeholders, sponsors, and owners to meet critical milestones and timelines that meet business and customer expectations.
  • Handle change management, identify the change request is in/out of scope, analyse the impact on the design and project schedule, re-estimate the manpower, and prepare the change request proposals to all stakeholders gaining the approval.
  • Project governance of mapping out and maintaining overall project execution plan, timeline, task log, tracking key milestones and deliverables to ensure delivered to Users timely
  • Report project health status, risk & issues to stakeholders, record meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Initiated Agile change, cloud revamp, and improved CI/CD
  • Managed global IT team of day-to-day IT operations
  • Scrum Master for globe Software Development Teams.
  • Standardize common use of Jira, Roadmap, and Big Picture for planning sprint backlogs, running scrum events, reporting and measuring scrum team effectiveness
  • Driving delivery and cross-squad coordination / prioritisation from ideation all the way to production release
  • Facilitating daily squad ceremonies and activities, monitoring key dependencies, identifying and removing impediments, and acting as the first escalation point of the teams
  • Managing and motivating developers from Hong Kong, US, India
  • Promoting an agile mindset at all levels and mentoring senior stakeholders from different departments with a traditional waterfall background
  • Running Agile Multi-project management, prioritizing targets and timelines
  • Project management on membership mobile app, website, and Embedded Software
