I am an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hang Seng Bank Limited. In this role, I provide independent judgment and constructive challenge to management, with a focus on corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and long-term strategic development. I work closely with the Board to support sound decision-making and the sustainable growth of the Bank, while upholding the interests of shareholders and other stakeholders.

I have built a diversified career across the financial services and hospitality sectors. I have extensive experience in the hotel industry, where I was involved in senior leadership and oversight roles, gaining deep exposure to hospitality operations, service excellence, asset management, and long-term business development.

In addition, I serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Hang Seng Bank Limited, where I provide independent judgment and strategic oversight with a focus on corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
