  • KEY OBJECTIVE

    Become one of the key contributor in the actuarial modelling COE team. Manage and support the team members in HK and India shared service team in building and maintaining the centralized Prophet model for Chubb Life insurance operations in all regions. Provide the support and guidance to the local teams and GO management on the LDTI and other actuarial analysis. Identify business issues and provide recommendations to improve the business results.

    MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Prophet model migration timeline and deliverables
  • Support the implementation of the global modelling standards across all countries
  • Develop and support the new reporting process and standards on LDTI and other key reporting bases like IFRS17, local statutory and solvency reporting
  • Support the development of LDTI sources of profits (SOE) reporting framework and model implementation. Prepare the SOE results analysis and commentary
  • Manage and provide the supports to the model change works performed by the India shared service team and other local entities
  • Support ALS development projects to meet the local solvency or IFRS17 reporting requirement
  • Fellow of the Societies of Actuaries or equivalent
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience
  • Solid actuarial modelling experience using Prophet, ALS experience is a plus
  • Experience in project management, people management and coaching
  • Fluent in speaking and written English
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
