- Consultative selling of XGATE's products and services directly to clients primarily via face-to-face contact, telephone and sales presentations
- Identify strategies to target new & high-value accounts in specific industries, particularly Fashion, Beauty, Luxury Brands, Hospitality and Finance.
- Serve as the client's primary point of contact and as a trusted advisory sales role
- Work closely with cross-functional team to maximize customer satisfaction, maintain customer relationship to enhance customer loyalty
- Manage existing customer sales account, develop new leads, and manage/ nurture sales pipeline to meet agreed sales targets and business goals
- Ability to identify & analyze client's requirements & purpose solutions and services to meet client's needs
- Has strong consultative and selling skills, excellent communication skills who enjoys building working relationships with people
- Quick follow up of sales leads
- Willing to accept challenge, aggressive & result-oriented
- Selling mobile/digital services, experience in mobile/digital marketing, CRM Marketing is desired
- Good command in speaking & written Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage and English
