Your Responsibilities

• Addressing customer inquiries;
• Handle assignment testing, prepare quotes, and monitor orders;
• Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order completion;
• Cultivating client relationships;
• Completing ad-hoc tasks as necessary.

The Skills We're Seeking

• Holder of a diploma/degree in a Science discipline (background in Science, Engineering, Testing Science, Certification, or a related technical field will be advantageous);
• Fresh graduates and IANG candidates are strongly encouraged;
• Greater experience will be considered for the role of Senior Client Service Representative;
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities;
• Effective problem-solving capabilities;
• Proactive, autonomous, and a valuable team member.
