    Position: Assistant CDD De-risking and Analytics Manager

    Department: Commercial Banking - Business Banking

    Hang Seng's Commercial Banking division offers tailored financial solutions to corporate clients, ranging from small and medium enterprises to listed companies, both locally and globally. Services include corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, investment, insurance, and more, provided by dedicated relationship managers and specialists.

    We are looking for a professional to join us as an Assistant De-risking and Analytics Manager.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide analytics support for CDD reviews of BBD customers
    • Develop monitoring mechanisms for internal quality control of CDD profiles
    • Enhance customer intelligence during KYC processes for business opportunities identification
    • Analyze client exit decisions due to CDD issues and provide necessary justifications
    • Support data analytics, sales reporting, and DataMart development
    • Ensure compliance with governance procedures and standards
    • Collaborate with Line Manager on business analytics initiatives
    • Ensure internal and regulatory compliance

    Requirements

    • University degree in Business Administration, Quantitative Analysis, or related field
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, database management, or risk analytics
    • Knowledge of commercial banking and KYC regulatory requirements is advantageous
    • Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, Python, MS Access, or Excel VBA preferred
    • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to customer service excellence
    • Readiness to take on challenges with self-motivation and creativity
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
    • Fluency in English and Chinese
