- Supervise Payment Receipt Team of 2 permanent staff, 1 contract staff and 4 secondees
- Arrange secondee resources during contribution peak time
- Contact point of Payment Receipt Team with other teams in the company and with external banks
- Handling direct credit
- Process DDI upload to ebanking and DDA reject file upload to BaCNS,
- Handle received payment cheque with RS and standalone cheque
- Perform UAT
- Attend IMU meeting for issue related to Payment Receipt Team
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks if required
- Form 7 and above
- At least 4 years of working experience, candidates with basic knowledge of MPF scheme & related regulations would be an advantage
- Customer oriented, initiative with positive working attitude
- Good numerical sensitivity and attentive to details
- Good typing skills (both English and Chinese)
- Good spoken & written English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience may consider for the position of Administrator
