- Manage diaries for the senior executive. Support in managing emails and coordinating requests as required, including travel, accommodation, visa, immigration matters and all other administrative tasks.
- Maintain diaries and schedule internal and external meetings accordingly.
- Schedule conference calls, videoconference meetings, in-person and off-site meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the governance committee and regional leadership meetings, relating to liaison and arrangements.
- Provide technical assistance during calls, presentations, projects, etc.
- Act as a liaison between the external or internal executives, managers and consultants. Build relationships with clients, stakeholders and peers.
- Ad-hoc support to members of the Asian Wealth Leadership Team – based in Hong Kong - as relevant.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in supporting executive-level management from a sizeable, multinational organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems with little assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Mandarin and Cantonese would be a plus.
- A self-driven individual with a strong sense of responsibility and drive.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust and confidentiality.
