Summer Seed Programme offers valuable opportunities for students to get exposure in Hang Seng's key businesses, including Commercial Banking, Global Banking and Wealth and Personal Banking.
Joining our Summer Seed Programme, you would be assigned challenging projects and work with a team of banking professionals across departments. Programme incumbents with outstanding performance will be granted the privilege to be pre-selected for our Management Trainee Programme.
