- Lead the customer service team in beauty centre to ensure the delivery of services and daily operations.
- Monitoring booking appointment schedules for customers from all branches.
- Handle CRM program operations, system enhancement and make sure data accuracy.
- Review and evaluate service quality and effectiveness of the customer services team.
- Work closely with relevant departments on customer data analysis and customer-driven campaigns.
- Close communication with Frontline Staffs clarify and exchange information of customer for further understanding to arrange follow-up.
- Handle and resolve complaints, refunds or exchanges.
- Diploma / University graduate in Operations or related discipline
- Work experience in beauty salon or beauty industry operations, preferably with exposure in multi-national company
- Good business planning, organization and negotiation skills
- Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge
