- Review reinsurance quarterly statement of accounts, premiums and claims from clients to ensure figures are properly registered in system and in accordance with contract terms
- Monitor reinsurance quarterly statement of accounts status and claim supporting documents from clients
- Review loss recovery/reinstatement premium calculation and claim supporting documents in accordance with contract terms and provide summary translation if required, follow up claim approval with reinsurers and provide claim update to clients.
- Manage queries from clients/ reinsurers and respond in timely manner
- Engaging with both clients and reinsurer markets to understand the needs and improve the operational efficiency
- Monitor/ liaise with Accounting Processor (Hub) on accounting or processing issues for the work accuracy to ensure no omission and error made
- Coordinate with credit control team and client managers to resolve SOAs/ accounting issues
- Support in project enhancement and participate in UAT if required, and other initiatives/duties as assigned by your direct manager
- Assist managers with ad hoc task if any
- Claims handling experience in reinsurance/ insurance sector preferred.
- Strong technical skills in MS Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to think strategically and analytically with good problem-solving skill
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and well organized
