To understand and record client business operational flow
To remark and update client recent activity over the phone from CRM system
To understand and record client needs and pain point
To introduce and Answer our service with Government FundsTo make an appointment with client and consolidate all the information to Team Head*Requirement
Right to work in Hong Kong
Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above is preferred
Attentive, detail-oriented and strong client centric mindset
Customer service-oriented attitude
Strong command of English (spoken)
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin (spoken)
Proficient in PC operation
