    Description de poste :

  • Build and develop an industry-leading training and development team of professionals and establish a thought leadership position consistent with the company's strategic target
  • Leverage global and regional client-centric programs and develop SLHK specific programs that cultivate a sales and distribution culture of high performance, engagement, entrepreneurship, and client-focus
  • Design, develop and implement professional training and development roadmap to drive desired performance behavior, enhance agency productivity, uplift management and leadership competency, and deliver a differentiated value proposition for industry talents
  • Plan, develop, manage and oversee effective business training programs to support the growth strategies
  • Formulate and implement strategies to build a client-first servicing culture, ensure effective training and professionalism, engage the agency force to drive the agency performance excellence
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • At least 5 years of experience on developing, training and educating agency / sales management
  • Sound knowledge of agency operations and their system in driving desired behaviours
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently.
  • Willing to accept challenges and work under high pressure
  • Good analytical ability and strong business sense
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good team player with creative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of English & Chinese and PC literate; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
