- Support the System Analysts and Development team on programming, application design, implementation, documentation and maintenance using agile approach or other system development methods
- Perform desktop and web applications development for internal and external clients
- Perform various tests along the development stage, e.g. integration test and system test
- Conduct product evaluation, troubleshooting with sound professional judgment
- Comply with the team lead's instructions on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions
- Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Familiar with Web development or Mobile development using modern technologies / javascript frameworks
- Familiar with programming tools and databases such as PostgreSQL / SQL Server
- Capable to perform development by using / / python / .Net / Java
- Hands-on experience in GIS (Geographic Information System) programming is an advantage
- Good technical and analytical skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Passionate about building and delivering quality software
