- Support retail banking life insurance business and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service while upkeeping sales quality standard
- Conduct sales quality review in accurate, effective & timely manner
- Consistently and accurately provide the case information to sales staff for taking applicable remediation to the application
- Handle case enquires from sales staff in professional manner
- Assist in uplifting branch and individual sales quality above QA threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting
- Contribute to the success of insurance business growth and full sales compliance to internal and/or regulatory requirements
- Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- University degree
- Solid individual life insurance and retail banking industry experiences
- Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Conversant in PC skills (preferably Excel with VBA/Macro knowledge), sales experience in retail banking and bank assurance are preferred
- Able to work as a team as work independently for tasks assigned
- Performance driven and results focused; and
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
