    We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Insurance Distribution Support Specialist.

    Principal Responsibilities

    • Support retail banking life insurance business and deliver premium financing end-to-end case management service while upkeeping sales quality standard
    • Conduct sales quality review in accurate, effective & timely manner
    • Consistently and accurately provide the case information to sales staff for taking applicable remediation to the application
    • Handle case enquires from sales staff in professional manner
    • Assist in uplifting branch and individual sales quality above QA threshold throughout the routine case review, reinforcement training and regular reporting
    • Contribute to the success of insurance business growth and full sales compliance to internal and/or regulatory requirements
    • Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned

    Requirements

    • University degree
    • Solid individual life insurance and retail banking industry experiences
    • Effective communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
    • Conversant in PC skills (preferably Excel with VBA/Macro knowledge), sales experience in retail banking and bank assurance are preferred
    • Able to work as a team as work independently for tasks assigned
    • Performance driven and results focused; and
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
