    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Responsible for general office hygiene (regular cleaning of high touch points, maintain meeting room hygiene and tidiness)
    • Responsible for general administrative tasks (e.g. replenishment of stationery items, refilling of copying paper)
    • Responsible for general pantry support (e.g. replenishment of coffee beans)
    • Go to post offices deliver documents and bank cheque deposits
    • Collect and distribute internal letters
    • Coordinate with courier services for incoming/outcoming mail
    • Assist in conference room settings for meetings or trainings
    • Other ad hoc general office administrative work may be assigned

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Form 3 or above
    • 1 year of related experience
    • Fluent Cantonese
    • Able to read English
    • Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
