- Responsible for general office hygiene (regular cleaning of high touch points, maintain meeting room hygiene and tidiness)
- Responsible for general administrative tasks (e.g. replenishment of stationery items, refilling of copying paper)
- Responsible for general pantry support (e.g. replenishment of coffee beans)
- Go to post offices deliver documents and bank cheque deposits
- Collect and distribute internal letters
- Coordinate with courier services for incoming/outcoming mail
- Assist in conference room settings for meetings or trainings
- Other ad hoc general office administrative work may be assigned
- Form 3 or above
- 1 year of related experience
- Fluent Cantonese
- Able to read English
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
