- Promote key products and services to current and potential clients in public and private sectors to achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key decision-makers, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators
- Execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales target, maximize market share and achieve marketing goals
- Case support in OT room is required
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and technical supports to clients when needed
- Attend relevant conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance product visibility and network with potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology or any life science related disciplines
- 1-4 years of relevant sales experience with proven track record in medical industry, preferably in medical device area
- Good physician network would be an advantage
- Good Proficiency in Cantonese and English (both in spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients
- Objective-oriented, result-driven, self-motivated, passionate and a good team-player
- Proficient in MS office applications, i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
