    We are looking

    for someone who has:
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Hospitality or Catering Group; 3 years in similar capacity or in supervisory level
  • Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety of workplace in compliance with the HACCP and the standard of the Hotel
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Sound leadership skill and strong teamwork
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
