    Responsibilities

  • Develop and design promotional materials for the Faculty in printed and digital forms, including brochures, leaflets, posters, digital ads and other marketing collateral
  • Support the production of videos, static and interactive materials and live events to promote the Faculty's brand
  • Work with the team to produce and maintain multimedia content on faculty websites and social media
  • Provide technical support to faculty events, including event design, audio/video systems, on-site photo and video shooting and post-production etc.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
  • Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or above in graphic design, multimedia production, arts technology or related disciplines, with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Experiences in audio-visual production and corporate marketing for digital and multimedia work would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies, such as Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Applicants are required to submit their design portfolio in the form of a MS word document, not exceeding 5mb in size. The document should include external links to their works stored on cloud platforms such as Dropbox or Google Drive.

    Salary and Benefits
    The rank and commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund, and gratuity.
