Assistant Accountant - Hong Kong

Job summary
Process cheque issuance and telegraphic transfers for policy payments Manage payment refunds and perform SAP bookings for related transactions Facilitate fund transfers in operating bank accounts and ensure timely processing Handle reinsurance settlements and perform SAP bookings Conduct interface checking Download ebanking reports for reconciliation Handle enquiries from Operations and Distribution and banks Handle ad hoc assignments as and when required Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience preferably in a corporate setting Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of financial processes Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams departments AXA Hong Kong Macau is an equal opportunity employer We are committed to promoting Diversity Inclusion by creating a work environment where all employees are treated with dignity respect where individual differences are valued Our people strategies are designed to enhance employee well-being professional growth ultimately empowering them to excel within the company Click here to learn more about our Benefits Culture Career Development
