Job summary
This rotational role turns store operations into a measurable performance system—building dashboards, SOPs,O+O (Click & Collect / Return-to-Store) processes while learning Visual Merchandising and in-store experience design.
Responsibilities
- Create a KPI dictionary & dashboards (traffic, conversion,)& run weekly reviews.
- Document and test O+O SOPs (Click & Collect, Return-to-Store) end-to-end.
- Help compile the Store Operation Playbook v1; capture best practices from senior managers.
