Analyze customer needs: Understand and evaluate client requirements using a solution-based selling approach to achieve business outcomes Collaborate with Sales: Partner with the sales team to develop business opportunities by leveraging your technical expertise through presentations solution designs and demonstrations Facilitate communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams sales vendors and customers to ensure smooth information flow and project execution Ensure seamless transitions Work closely with implementation teams to articulate customer requirements and solution design considerations facilitating a smooth handover from pre-sales to solution delivery Manage strategic accounts Partner with the sales team to nurture grow key client relationships
