- Oversee accounting service provider to ensure month end closing and reporting are performed on a timely manner
- Ensure all transactions processed are valid activities with sufficient documentation and procedural compliance
- Maintain books and records in compliance with company policies and local accounting standards
- Understand and monitor compliance with internal control procedures and policies. Identify and escalate exceptions from policies
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in partnership with Corporate and other functions
- Preparation of corporate reporting requests
- Participation in Statutory Audits
- Liaising with third-party tax advisors
- Other Ad hoc tasks
- Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline
- Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
- Over 5 years of working experience including audit and retail/FMCG industry background preferred
- MNC working experience is preferred
- Experience in supporting multiple countries in South East Asia region
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, self-motivated and analytical mind
- Fluent in English ; good verbal and written communication skill
