- Assist Area Manager in the day-to-day administrative follow-up of the region.
- Optimize the reliability of information given by the sales department to the customers and provide a high quality service.
- Be an efficient interface between the internal departments and external clients
- Registration and follow up of orders (products, POSM, GWP, Samples...): order processing, transmission to the sales administration department and follow up. Communicate the due dates to the clients.
- Track clients' requests and make sure that a qualitative answer is given to each one of them.
- Communicate each new information to the clients: price listing, products delivery dates, brief on each new products or offers.
- Review, register all customer claims and process the credit notes or any over/ underpayment with Customer Service Department.
- Own the invoice processing chain from registering the invoice in the expenses tracking, documentation sign off and sent to Paris finance team for processing.
- Follow-up closely any expenses through our expense follow up process: invoices processing, commitments and budgets.
- Marketing Plan (new launches, promotion) follow-up and coordinates with contractors on brand guidelines.
- Consolidate, process, prepare monthly sell out & sell in data in the template prepared by Area Manager
- Track and manage region's sellable & non sellable SKU quotas, review forecast & leftovers.
- Assist Area Manager on the follow up with Airlines (listing preparation, returns, advertising...).
- Support Retail Manager in the stock level analysis of best sellers.
- Be the key contact with Retail Managers of the area (information, requests, visuals & materials).
- Participate to the day to day administrative tasks of the department: mails, phone calls, courier.
- Assist Area Manager in consolidating sell out reports.
- Track and ensure all Givenchy & Kenzo product listing on the approved social platform are updated.
- Consolidate competitor selling price of different digital platform.
- Minimum 3 years in retail merchandising in both planning & execution capacity
- Degree in Business or commerce
- Detail driven
- Highly proficient in PC application SAP, MS Office & Excel (Vlookup & PivotTable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Sensitive to the market, customers expectation & brand requirements
- Willing to learn, goal oriented & strong analytical skill
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
- Read & write in both Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal, communication with team and management in multicultural environment
