- End-to-end campaigns and events management and a focus on key metrics of MQLs + opportunities to drive the business
- Oversee marketing efforts across North Asia and SE Asia and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Liaise with organizers and vendors to coordinate marketing events and campaigns, source venues, branded merchandise, and printing collateral
- Work alongside sales team on targeting, segmenting, and messaging of prospective clients
- Working with the Asia-Pacific leaders on both internal and external strategic initiatives
- Work with the head office on localized marketing content and communications to generate awareness and coverage on local media and channels (such as WeChat, Baidu, etc)
- Develop, edit, and proofread marketing materials
- Prepare reports to track campaign activity and outcomes
- Minimum of 3 years of field marketing/ events /project management experience
- Sound working knowledge and experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Sound understanding of project management methods needed to manage programs from end-to-end, within budget
- Sound analytical and reporting skills and attention to accuracy, process-oriented.
- Digital fluency in Microsoft Office, Google-based platforms, and design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Industry experience marketing B2B software or financial products
- Manage relationships throughout the business
- Strong communicator and experience in communications marketing
- Management experience is a plus
- Autonomous and with good initiative
- Fluent in written and spoke English, Chinese (Traditional & Simplified)
- Experience working in Southeast Asia is a bonus

Job Description
OverviewThis is a contract position in the APAC marketing department for a 6-month maternity leave cover starting in September 2024. This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of campaigns and programs across the North Asia and SE Asia regions to win, grow, and retain business across multiple product lines in the M&A and fundraising industry.
About the Team
The APAC marketing team consists of a total of 6 marketing professionals who oversee different territories across the continent. This position reports to the Growth Marketing Director based in Singapore. This individual will work closely with regional sales leaders to define and identify relevant go-to-market strategy in the North Asia and SE Asia territories. The role requires the ability to develop marketing campaigns and programs, manage regional events execution, and manage budgets at a discrete country level as well as for the entire region as required by the Growth Marketing Director. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter with strong initiative who can help implement and execute the marketing strategy for the next 6 months and develop a marketing plan for the remaining of 2024 and early 2025.
