    工作職責 Job Duties and Responsibilities

    1. 主要進行培訓活動,例如領袖技巧等 (Mainly for Training duties, e.g. leadership, adventure, etc.)

    2. 通宵工作,例如處理營舍緊急情況,照顧營友等。(Mainly for overnight duties, e.g. emergency works, looking after lodge users, etc.)

    3. 相關行政或培訓活動準備和跟進 (Related administration or training preparation and follow-up)

    4. 其他指派之工作 (Other tasks assigned)

    入職要求 Entry Requirements

    主修科目 Study Fields:

    具中五或以上程度 (Form 5 or above)

    知識及技能 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    具相關工作經驗為優先 (Relevant work experience is preferred)
    - 能應付基本電腦文書處理 (Able to handle basic computer word processing)

    證書、許可證及註冊 Certificate, License and Registration:

    持有成人急救證書優先 (Candidates with first-aid certificate is preferred)

    個人特質 Personal Attributes:

    良好中文口語及書寫表達;良好英語口語及書寫為佳 (Good oral and written Chinese, good oral and written English is preferred)
    - 良好溝通、協作及解難能力 (Good communication, collaboration and problem solving skills)
    - 成熟、能獨立處理問題 (Mature and able to handle problems independently)
    - 關愛青年 (Caring for youth)
    - 有耐性、細心 (Patient and attentive)

    其他要求 Additional Requirements:

    因應學院狀況,僱員須遵從政府之有關防疫要求,如:完成接種最少三劑新冠疫苗或持有效醫療證明 (the staff of the Institute has to comply with the government's anti-epidemic requirements accordingly, a minimum of three doses of the vaccination must be completed unless with medical proof)
