- In conjunction with Director of Sales, China - develop, implement and monitor an annual revenue and room night plan from Southern region of China.
- Support Director of Sales - China by working closely with Global Sales teams worldwide and property DOSMs - develop and execute sales action plan to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Working hand-in-hand with GSO-Shanghai Regional Office to maximize all opportunities within and out of China.
- Well maintain clients relationship in the specific region and ensure all sales activities well coordinated in order to maximize the product knowledge of all properties and realize revenue potential.
- Lead and manage Couture by Langham luxury TA program in the region to ensure maximum exposure.
- Develop qualified MICE leads for properties and support with sales activities in order to secure the business.
- Identify and grow Corporate RFP Accounts for identified properties to increase corporate market share.
- Any other duties assigned by the Corporate Sales & Marketing office as deemed appropriate. Requirement .
- Luxury Hospitality segment experience will be preferred.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales & Marketing and with 4 years at management level.
- Experience in Global Sales Office or similar capacity is preferred.
- Well versed with sales & marketing trend in Southern region and able to initiate the market needs to enhance business result.
- Good team player & able to develop a positive working atmosphere.
- Fluent written & spoken English.
