- Acted as solution lead being responsible for system analysis, maintenance, upgrade, quality assurance and user support on various Finance and Actuarial Systems
- Liaising with business users, vendors and other IT teams - including local, regional and third-parties – on project and service delivery
- Performing system documentations like project management plan, costing, design specification and test plan
- Reporting to supervisors and assist management activities, including project & resource planning, project tracking and monitoring, team building
- Degree in Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years' work experience in Information Technology, preferably in insurance, banking, or finance sectors
- Solid experience on application development and maintenance of life policy administration system; preferably on reinsurance domain
- Hands-on experience and skills on below aspects:Oracle SQL and database administrationIBM Websphere, JSF2, Java and Unix platformJIRA, Confluence and BitbucketAgile methodologyAzure cloud service (e.g. AzureDevOps, PostgreSQL, container, etc.) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Objective-oriented, willing to learn and adopting new ways of working
