    What does the role involve?

  • Work closely with external vendors (3PL) and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily logistics tasks
  • Make prompt decisions when necessary to address any operational challenges.
  • Implement Global best practice to optimise Logistics processes
  • Continuously monitor and improve efficiency in warehousing, transportation and distribution
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of local logistics regulations, and market dynamic.
  • Act as a local logistics process expert to enable continuous improvement (Lean) initiatives to achieve benefits in cost and productivity
  • Prepare regular operation reports, analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as On Time In Full, warehouse shipping performance, carrier reliability
  • Take a proactive role in implementing Logistics service and Sustainability initiatives/projects with external vendors
  • Investigate and work on customer feedback and drive improvements in Customer Experience (CX) from distribution side

  • What you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, transport, or related fields
  • Fast learner with strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-accountable and willing to take on additional responsibilities
  • High motivation, customer focus, and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese (written & spoken) and Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in PowerBI will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of SAP preferred, but not a must
  • Willing to work in an operational and office environment
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
