Responsibilities:

• Conduct depth research and analysis on a range of investment opportunities aligned with the firm's ETF offerings, encompassing income, thematic and core strategies
• Closely monitor emerging market trends, latest regulatory developments and policy changes, and prevailing macroeconomic conditions
• Communicate research findings with internal stakeholders and external clients, effectively presenting complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Present investment analysis to a large group of audience
• Record videos to provide update on latest market trends, industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact ETF performance
• Create client friendly presentation deck based on thorough analysis and research
• Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to build the investment case of various ETFs

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a quantitatively related field such as finance, statistics, economics, engineering, mathematics or computer science
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in research
• CFA or similar professional designation is preferred
• Knowledge and experience relevant to investment research with a focus on Asia
• Passion and self-motivated to conduct research on emerging market trends
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using financial research tools, databases, and software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar, Microsoft Office)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability think critically and make sound investment recommendations
• Attention to details and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
