Security Control Administrative Operations Officer
A reputable local Bank in Hong Kong with a well-established Branch Network is looking for an Operations Officer to join her Administrative Department in Operations Division to support the security control section.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update and maintain access control matrix of banking application systems
- Answer inquiries from branches, service centers, and other internal departments
- Review workflow and make recommendations for re-engineering
- Prepare reports, participate in projects, and perform UAT
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary or above
- 3 years of working experience in the banking industry is preferable
- Experience in handling access right systems is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Hardworking, independent, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
