Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the investment team to execute value creation strategies for our portfolio companies to maximize return i.e., acquisitions, operational improvements, and strategic initiatives

Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including strategic investors, financial advisors, and VC and PE funds

Assist in full-cycle exit strategy execution for portfolio companies, like trade-sale and roll-up M&A

Facilitate portfolio performance monitoring, key metrics tracking, and investor reporting

Work closely with entrepreneurs and portfolio company founders and facilitate value creation events and seminars

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes and economic developments that may impact our investment strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a) portfolio management or investment management for PE/VC fund, b) corporate development or operation management for corporations or startups, or c) investment banking

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to work as a team
