    We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Relationship Manager.

    Principal Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking high calibre fresh graduates or candidates with minimal working experience to join Business Banking under our Business Banking Associate Programme as Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM).

    Upon completion of this 18-month Associate Programme, our ARM will be developed and progressed into Assistant Vice President, a Relationship Manager supporting customers in a wide range of industries.

    Throughout this structured programme, together with their batchmates, our ARM will go through different classroom and on-the-job training/attachment for developing product, business, operational knowledge as well as polishing various soft skills on Know-Your-Customer, communication, presentation and other future skills, together with engagement events for building network.

  • Acquire, Manage and Grow revenues from existing relationships and expand portfolio
  • Grow robust relationship with new and existing customers by having an in depth understanding of customer needs in line with the business appetite
  • Managing risks of the assigned portfolio
  • Proactively develop effective strategies to manage the relationships in line with the bank and regulatory requirements
  • Offer value-added advice and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all that we do
  • Requirements
  • Fresh university graduates or with less than two years of work experience
  • Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a timely manner
  • High level of customer centric mind set with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services
  • Excellent team player with strong motivation to grow existing business and win new business
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese, with additional proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • Relevant insurance and investment licenses are mandatory requirement to be obtained within 6 months post onboarding
  • Candidate will be assigned to one of the HSBC Business Banking offices subject to business needs
