    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy
  • Conduct CVs screening and interviews co-ordination
  • Facilitate candidate selection and partner with HR team on offer process
  • Support on-boarding logistics
  • Regularly engage with non-agency sourcing means, e.g., social media
  • Establish metrics to track effectiveness of the recruitment operation to drive improvements
  • Oversee recruitment operation, including activity carried out by team members, ensuring quality assurance
  • work on other HR projects as assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience with a search agency or in-house TA experience ideally gained within an MNC environment
  • Strong functional expertise in recruiting, sourcing, social media and related initiatives are key
  • Self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently
  • Self-motivated with ability to drive change
  • Strong project management skills and results oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal skill as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
