- Assist in administering academic programmes and research initiatives as well as providing general support to the office;
- Provide support in coordinating and organising activities and events of the Department;
- Support the departmental outreach marketing activities;
- Liaise with departments and units within and outside the University; and

Duties
The appointee will assist the Executive Officers I of the Education Team and Research Team. Main duties include:
The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years' relevant work experience is preferred, with no more than a total of 6 years of service at the University. Good computer skills (including MS Office, database and PowerPoint); good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills with a customer-servicing mindset; being an excellent good team player; self-motivation with a strong sense of responsibility, ability to multi-task, and attention to details are required.
