Job Description:

• Manage the performance marketing campaigns to deliver the leads and sales generation goals for the direct channel of Hong Kong & Singapore, from strategy, planning, forecast to reporting and analysis.
• Act as the marketing lead of Google marketing platform, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, Firebase, Big Query, Looker Studio, Search Console
• Manage media agency to ensure the ad campaign are tracked and delivered as planned. Devise a test-and-learn plan for ongoing optimization.
• Work closely with the Sales team to keep track of the lead quality and sales momentum, and adjust the media plan when necessary.
• Collaborate with different internal parties to create a promotion calendar, from promotion mechanism to fulfilment.
• Track and analyze the E2E user journey on lead and sales conversion to optimize the conversion rate and cost efficiency.
• Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against business targets (ROI and KPIs)
• Keep the team up-to-date with key competitors activities and digital marketing trends

Requirement:

• University graduate with at least 6 years' digital marketing experience, preferably with experience from insurance companies or banking industry
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of Google marketing solutions, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Basic knowledge in HTML and SQL will be an advantage. Experience in both Hong Kong & Singapore is preferred.
• Proactive and resourceful with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Passionate in developing and embracing new knowledge of integrated digital marketing trend to support business growth
• Creative, good organizational skills, mature and able to work on multi-tasks
• Team player with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
