Our client is a statutory body set up by the HKSAR Government in 2001. They enable science and technology companies to nurture ideas, innovate and grow, supported by our R&D facilities, infrastructure, and services and programmes across five key technology clusters, they are currently seeking for a System Analyst to join their team.

System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system design, technical analysis and project management
• Perform project management duties and work with other teams for system integration
• Work closely with vendors and user teams to consolidate requirements and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while building strong relationships with user teams
• Assist to develop and review requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations for the proposed solution from various parties
• Proactive support the business objectives of Company by contributing technical advice and input as necessary
• Analyze operational matrix, Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques like BI tools and dashboard
• Conduct user acceptance test and user training before system go-live

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines
• 8 years or above experience in design, development, testing and system release in MS Dynamic CRM and API integration with various systems
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure system design, development and API integration
• Knowledge in low code platform, C# and ability to conduct modelling in MS Power BI will be an advantage
• Outstanding relationship management and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of business users to elevate the total user experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, mature and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written, spoken English and Chinese
