- Office hour duty in data center operations
- Incident first responder and follow call leader's instruction for hands on support
- Break-fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline
- Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline
- Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline
- Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas
- Learn and develop on operation and support processes with innovation and automation
- Show interest in learning computing hardware and operation systems
- Good written and verbal communication English
- Good attention to details
- Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications
- Up to 1 year experience in server / network hardware and operation systems maintenance / troubleshooting. Fresh graduates are welcome
- Basic understanding on incidents response and prioritization.
- Majoring in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines is a plus but not required
- Knowledge in Computer Server Hardware
- Knowledge in Linux Operation System
- Knowledge on any operations, processes and continuous processes improvement
- Literacy in security and customer data protection
